Two mental patients with opposite personalities ditch their Tuscan hospital and embark on an unpredictable exploration of the real world.

The film tells the story of the Michelucci family, from the nineteen-seventies to the present day: the central character is the stunningly beautiful Anna, the lively, frivolous and sometimes embarrassing mother of Bruno and Valeria. Everything begins in the Summer of 1971, at the annual Summer beauty pageant held at Livorno’s most popular bathing establishment. Anna is unexpectedly crowned “Most Beautiful Mother”, unwittingly stirring the violent jealousy of her husband. From then on, chaos strikes the family and for Anna, Bruno and his sister Valeria, it is the start of an adventure that will only end thirty years later.

Sara and Samuele are two simple guys who take care of a community of elderly people. One day Samuele discovers that one of these has bequeathed him four billion lire. All this money changes the life of Samuele who begins to neglect friends and girlfriend to attend more high-ranking environments, begins to make investments with alleged friends and in the end he loses everything. Suddenly he comes up with an idea to get the money back together with his real friends, but it won't be an easy task.

In Roberta Torre's "true story of Romeo and Julet", Toni Giulietto is a vulnerable street singer and Little Tony-impersonator (who is himself an Italian Elvis-impersonator) who is constantly deceived and hoodwinked by almost everyone he knows. Romea is an attractive Nigerian immigrant who sells sex on the streets of Palermo to pay off her huge fee to the man who smuggled her in to the country. Various characters plot against each other and the plots, which draw in people from all the different social strata, spiral out of control as the tug-of-war between these different factions of Sicilian society is fought to the last.
