Amadeu Celestino

An Argentine man at odds with his fiancée travels to Rio de Janeiro to meet her. Upon arrival, however, he becomes distracted from their quarrels, captivated by the city's tropical atmosphere.

Hillbilly avoids a train disaster, becoming a hero. A dishonest politician tries to take advantage of the fact, to promote himself.
