On a rainy evening, Detective Su-Jeong (Lim Jung-Eun) is late picking up her teenage sister Mi-Jeong (Seo Yi-An). Her sister is waiting at a bus stop, but a man is watching her. Su-Jeong talks to her sister on the phone and soon hears screaming. Her sister is running away from someone and is hit by a car. 10 years later, the statute of limitation for the death of her sister passes.
