Hadiyya is mainly a story of a man and two women from different parts of India. Some interesting common elements, coupled with a few twists and turns in their life bring them together.

Jagannathan, a political advisor, is hired to help John, a politician in California. He employs various shrewd tactics to help John's party win the elections.

A mafia don sends his son out of the country because he doesn't want even a shadow of his life falling on him. Destiny wills otherwise. The son makes an innocuous trip to Mumbai to visit his dad. And ends up filling his father's large shoes.

Surya (Sagar) arrives in Malaysia to live in peace away from the factional feud triggered by the murder of his father (Nagineedu) and the avenging of the same by Surya. Vikram (Ajay), whose father was murdered by the hero, is boiling with rage. Surya decides to move on and it's then when he comes across Sahasra (Ragini Nandwani), a happy-go-lucky RJ.
