Nikky Smedley (October 20, 1970, in England, United Kingdom) is a British actress, dancer, choreographer, television director, and producer. She is best known for her role as Laa-Laa in the BBC children's series Teletubbies (1997–2001). In addition to her acting career, she contributed to the choreography of Boohbah and In the Night Garden. Since 2012, she has been performing as a storyteller and dedicating her work to children.
