Yao Ming

This coming of age documentary chronicles the life of NBA All Star Steve Nash as he tries to navigate his way through the somewhat toils of professional sports while trying to leave a lasting legacy on and off the court.

"Amazing" centers on a video game company boss, Frank (Eric Mabius of TV's "Ugly Betty"), who is eager to rush his firm's new thought-controlled basketball game to market, despite the objections of the project leader Bingshan (popular Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming), who warns that a bug in the system could escape the computer and infect players' brains.

Basketball superstar and wildlife advocate Yao Ming travels to Africa to help spread awareness about the cruelty of poaching. Yao sees for himself the evidence of a losing battle, where Africa's giants are senselessly slain every day for their tusks.

Featuring more than 15,000 performers, the ceremony lasted over four hours and cost over $100 million USD to produce.

Long ago, Malanshan became a joyful home for humans, animals, and plants under the protection of the magical Malan Flower. At the foot of Malanshan lived two twin sisters: the elder, Dalan, was lazy, while the younger, Xiaolan, was diligent. The guardian spirit of the Malan Flower, Malang, accidentally rescued Wang Lao, who had fallen off a cliff while collecting herbs on the mountain. He encountered and fell in love with Wang Lao's daughter, Xiaolan. Dalan, Xiaolan's twin sister, coveted the material pleasures that the Malan Flower could bring and became jealous of Xiaolan. The Vine Monster, who had long coveted the Malan Flower, exploited Dalan's vanity, stole the flower, and intended to dominate Malanshan. However, the Malan Flower would always only bloom for diligent and kind-hearted people. With the concerted efforts of everyone, Malang and Xiaolan finally defeated the Vine Monster. Dalan and the old cat also repented of their wrongdoings, and Malanshan restored harmony and joy.
