Jiahua, Jiang Nan, Ah Wen, and Ai Lun were college classmates many years ago and were close couples. Nan suffered from a speech impediment, and Jiahua, far from minding her limitations, was drawn to her innocence and affability. Nam's return is part of a plan with his friend Ken and his uncle, Fatty. Nam arranges for Ken to work at Karen's design firm and has Fatty spy on Ka-wah and Karen, all to help Nam obtain the information he needs...
