The Michael Ball Show was a British topical entertainment show broadcast on ITV in 2010. It featured entertainment, discussion and showbiz glamour with the occasional musical performance from Michael himself, often on the Friday edition of the show. Junior MasterChef is a British TV cookery competition, broadcast by the BBC, in which nine- to twelve-year-olds compete to be crowned Junior MasterChef. It is a spin-off from the main series MasterChef. Junior MasterChef first ran from 1994 to 1999, presented by Loyd Grossman. After a long hiatus, it was revived in 2010 in a revamped format, presented by writer and actress Nadia Sawalha, previously a Celebrity MasterChef contestant and restaurant owner, and professional chef John Torode, who also presents MasterChef. The revival series was commissioned by CBBC Controller Anne Gilchrist and produced by Shine Television, and was broadcast on BBC One. A further series was commissioned in 2012 for broadcast on CBBC.

You're Back in the Room is a British television game show that was broadcast on ITV from 14 March 2015 to 9 April 2016. The show is hosted by Phillip Schofield and starred Keith Barry. The premise consists of contestants who have to complete a series of normally straightforward tasks after being subject to "deep hypnosis", causing them to be compelled to develop various distracting tics or quirks that hinder their ability to compete.

The X Factor: Battle of the Stars was a UK celebrity special edition of The X Factor, which screened on ITV, started on 29 May 2006 and lasting for eight consecutive nights. Pop Idol was meant to air in its place as Celebrity Pop Idol but was stopped shortly before transmission, when ITV picked The X Factor over it. Nine celebrity acts participated, singing live in front of the nation and facing the judges of the previous The X Factor series, Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh. Voting revenues were donated to the celebrities' chosen charities. It was reported on 26 August 2006 that Cowell had axed the show, describing it as "pointless" and adding "we are never going to do it again."

Food Poker is a BBC tea-time television programme which fuses traditional culinary skills with poker. It is presented by Matt Allwright and each episode features four chefs. It was first broadcast on BBC Two in 2007.

Ten Mile Menu is a daytime cookery programme first broadcast in 2010 for ITV narrated by Caroline Quentin. The show features celebrities and chefs going head to head in front of a panel of judges. Each pair of celebrities is sent to a location, and must cook up a meal, consisting only of ingredients within a ten mile radius. The fist series contained five episodes and the second contained fifteen episodes.
