The main event featured Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman defending Lesnar's WWF Championship in a Handicap match against Edge. Los Guerreros challenged Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit for the Tag Team Championship belts, Rikishi fought Albert, Reverend Devon and Ron Simmons fought Val Venis and Chuck Palumbo , and several other matches filled out the undercard.

King of the Ring (2002) was the tenth annual King of the Ring PPV. It was presented by Snickers and took place on June 23, 2002 at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. With an attendance of 72,744, it is the 6th largest attendance in WrestleMania history.

WWE Payback 2015 is a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by WWE. It took place on May 17, 2015, at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. It's the third event under the Payback chronology, and the first Payback event to be held outside of the Chicago suburb of Rosemont, Illinois.

It took place on November 16, 2003 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas and featured talent from both Raw and SmackDown! The main match on the Raw brand was for the World Heavyweight Championship between Goldberg and Triple H. The predominant match on the SmackDown! brand was a Buried Alive match between The Undertaker and Vince McMahon. This would also be marked as The Undertaker's last appearance portraying Big Evil/The American Badass, as he would return four months later at WrestleMania XX in his Deadman persona. The predominant match on the Raw brand was a 5 on 5 Traditional Survivor Series match between Team Bischoff (Chris Jericho, Christian, Randy Orton, Scott Steiner and Mark Henry) and Team Austin (Shawn Michaels, Rob Van Dam, Booker T, Bubba Ray Dudley, and D-Von Dudley). The main match on the card featured an Ambulance match between Kane and Shane McMahon.

No Way Out (2007) was the ninth annual No Way Out PPV event. It took place on February 18, 2007 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California and was the final branded pay-per-view before the brand split ended. The main event was an interpromotional tag team match between Batista and The Undertaker (from SmackDown!) and John Cena and Shawn Michaels (from Raw). The main match on the undercard was an interpromotional Six-man tag team match between the team of Chris Benoit and The Hardys (Matt and Jeff) and the team of MNM (Joey Mercury and Johnny Nitro) and Montel Vontavious Porter.

WrestleMania XX was the twentieth annual WrestleMania . It took place on March 14, 2004 at Madison Square Garden in New York. The main match for the Raw brand was a Triple Threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship between champion Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Chris Benoit. The main match for the SmackDown! brand featured Eddie Guerrero versus Kurt Angle for the WWE Championship. The event featured the return of The Undertaker, who challenged Kane. Also on the card was a match between Goldberg and Brock Lesnar with Stone Cold Steve Austin as the special guest referee. WrestleMania XX was the third WrestleMania at Madison Square Garden but the fifth to take place in the New York metropolitan area (following WrestleMania I, WrestleMania 2, WrestleMania X and Wrestlemania 29). The event grossed US$2.4 million in ticket sales, making the Pay-Per-View the highest grossing event ever for WWE at Madison Square Garden. More than 20,000 people attended the event.

Global Warning is a World Wrestling Entertainment Tour of Australia that took place on August 10, 2002 at Colonial Stadium in Melbourne, Australia. The main event was a Triple Threat match in which The Rock defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Triple H and Brock Lesnar. No Way Out (2004) was a PPV which took place on February 15, 2004 at the Cow Palace in Daly City, California. It was presented by THQ's MX Unleashed. It was the sixth event produced under the No Way Out name and starred wrestlers from the SmackDown! brand. During the main event, Eddie Guerrero challenged WWE Champion Brock Lesnar for the title. Two bouts were featured on the undercard; the first was a Triple Threat match, where the winner would earn the right to challenge for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania XX; in the match featuring Kurt Angle, The Big Show and John Cena. The second bout was a singles match, in which Chavo Guerrero fought Rey Mysterio.

Vengeance (2003) was a PPV presented by Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness blockbuster, which took place on July 27, 2003 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. It was the third annual Vengeance event and starred wrestlers from the SmackDown brand. The main event was a No DQ Triple Threat match for the WWE Championship, in which WWE Champion Brock Lesnar defended the title against Kurt Angle and The Big Show. Two featured bouts were scheduled on the undercard. In a singles match WWE Chairman Vince McMahon fought Zach Gowen and The Undertaker fought John Cena. Vengeance had an attendance of approximately 9,500 and received about 322,000 pay-per-view buys. This event helped WWE increase its pay-per-view revenue by $6.2 million from the previous year.
