Stepping into the late-late slot vacated by David Letterman, Conan O'Brien stars in a show that far outdoes its competition in sheer strangeness. Along with the celebrity interviews and musical numbers typical of late-night talk shows, this program make frequent use of odd walk-on characters and frequent "visits" from celebrity guests.

A shy high schooler struggles to lose his virginity before the local Satanic cult can sacrifice him to the devil.

A female vampire is inspired to kick blood and become human again when she inadvertently helps a charming alcoholic become clean. The only problem is, withdrawal could kill her.

Divorced from his wife and reality, deluded, eccentric Andrew applies a magical philosophy to his romantic life to become a successful lady's man, rise from his depression and achieve godhood. With the superhuman persistence of a door to door salesman, he tangles with obstacles thrown up by a resentful friend, his lingering feelings for his wife and the refusal of reality to co-operate with his plan. His determination brings him closer to his goals but fatal landmines are often hidden in fulfilled wishes...

A reformed criminal escapes his wife's dinner party for a quick beer with his cousin and former partner in crime. Over the course of one wild night, he's dragged back into a world of drugs, women, guns and gangsters, endangering the lives of those he loves the most.

A generous but gullible young woman is exploited sexually by a pot dealer and his clients. Meanwhile, a demon-possessed virgin falls in love with her but his Christian youth group pastor won't let him date her until she is converted. While the potheads conspire, the Christians pressure her. Will Lois be a saint or a sinner? Or will she learn there's really no difference?
