Kenan is brought up by his foster father, Azmi Bey. As he grows up, he falls in love with Azmi Bey's beautiful daughter Nalan. Nalan is diagnosed by Pleurisy, which leads to a series of tragic event.

The film tells the story of a woman who is forced to leave her daughter due to a false accusation. Leyla is betrayed by the man she loves on the eve of their wedding. Upon her release, she has earned the right to obtain her nursing license. Thanks to this license, she finds her first job. Murat is a paralyzed man. They begin to heal each other's wounds. However, as the patient recovers, the time for their separation draws near.

Nermin, who meets Ömer after many years, introduces herself as a different person in order to get closer to the young man.
