A young woman, Regina, has been killed in her apartment. Investigator Anderson holds Regina’s husband as a suspect for a murder because he is unable to remember his location at the time of the fateful event. Gradually, Anderson is convinced that Oto has not only killed his wife, but he also tries to hide his true identity – notorious criminal Schmit.

Four directors capture simple, yet quintessential experiences of a single individual in different periods of his life - childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age.

Erik lives by night. He works in a nightclub and occasionally dresses up as a woman to rob rich clients. One day Erik's father arrives uninvited. It's a surprise visit that brings out memories of complicated childhood.

An omnibus film consisting of ten parts, each directed by a different young director from the Latvian Academy of Culture. The unifying element of the ten shorts is the place where they take place - the airport. A lot can happen there - including a strike by a comet, a malicious attempt to break havoc by passengers, or an exploration of the old airport guard's house where not a lot has changed since the collapse of the Soviet Union. The movie shows a young man's life dramatically changed after his friend is murdered. It is ironic - if to look with today's eyes - and nostalgia evoking portrait of marginal society and environment in the early 1990s with allusions to the western cinema - film noir related themes, surrealistic features, avantgard cinema stylization and formal aesthetics.

The film combines three short stories: Der Mond, "Tristan und Isolde" and "Aida". The themes of these short stories are sin, duty and love.

After giving birth to a son, Catti and her husband Mikael get entangled in an organization that hides illegal immigrants in Sweden. They slowly realize that their picture perfect country in reality is built on police brutality, state coercion and inhuman immigration policies.

Each one of us is like a comet - a piece of something big and beautiful, like a ball in motion! But in the life of a comet there are two great dares - the dare to separate from the rest of the mass and the dare to venture into the unknown. It is only through movement and ignorance that the comet is free.

A crime story which takes place in Riga Sea Port.

What begins with an unexpected invitation to a dance quickly becomes a passionate romance between young Monta and Arnis. But the joy of their first love is soon clouded by misunderstanding. Monta’s straightforward honesty clashes with Arnis’s complicated past, including a sense of moral responsibility toward another woman. Then, a serious accident at the factory, caused by Arnis’s mistake, forces him to confront the consequences of his actions.
