The film documents rehearsals for director Vara Brasla's play "I Am Not a Pianist" at the Valmiera Drama Theater. Brasla has decided that this will be his last play. The story was written by Brasla's long-time friend, playwright Alvis Lapiņš, and tells the story of composer Emīls Dārziņš' life, plagiarism scandal, personal vicissitudes, and musical events. Rehearsals are underway, and Brasla, together with actors Mārtiņš Meiers (Emīls Dārziņš), Diāna Kristu Stafecka, Ieva Puķe, Krišjānis Salmiņš, Tālivaldis Lasmanis, and others, are carefully exploring the essence of their roles. All this takes place in the midst of the destroyed Valmiera Drama Theater, where reconstruction is underway. The Covid-19 pandemic adds unexpected twists to the story. The rehearsal process is interspersed with conversations between Brasla and Lapiņš at the home of Vara and his wife, actress Vizma Kalme, until the premiere takes place.

The story is about guys who are searching in Lake Liepaja for an airplane that sank many years ago during the war. Aivar also wants to be part of the group of guys looking for the airplane. To do this, he needs to pass a test - walk along the pier to the old fort and carve his name on the wall. On the way back, he is caught in a storm, but he passes the ordeal with honor. An old sailor Yoran, who lives on the decommissioned ship "Izabella", helps the guys in their search for the airplane.

The story of Cīrulīši - a tight-knit family down on their luck, and their trials and tribulations during the Christmas season.

Summer, sea, holiday home. Lena meets Arthur. The days fly by instantly, and now weekdays are coming. However, the "holiday romance", as Arthur considered his acquaintance with Lina, was not over. Chance forced me to find Lina in the city. Upon learning that the girl is ill, amazed by her courageous restraint, Arthur finds a real sense of love for the first time.

The parents have gone away, so the two sisters - Marta and Linda - need someone to take care of them. Their dictatorial spinster aunt Una, who desperately wants to get married, arrives to take on this job. Marta really wants a puppy, but her plan is ruined, as her aunt has a strong dislike for dogs. So, the relationship between the girls and Una becomes really tense. Until the perfect plan of the sisters emerges - to get rid of the aunt by helping her to get married.
