The life of Arina Alferova, an official of the regional Ministry of Health, is very prosperous: a nice apartment in the city center, a decent foreign car, morning styling, shopping trips to Moscow, jewelry, expensive shoes. After all, the head of the finance and economics department can afford something. And sometimes even more than that. Especially if your lover does business with the largest pharmaceutical company in the region. What's in return? Put a couple of signatures on the contracts. Carried away by her personal life, she does not notice what each of her signatures is worth. One day, a bitter reckoning will come too close to her — a loved one dies from fake pills. So the official decides to integrate herself into the corrupt chain in order to get to the very top — to the minister — and drown everyone.

A fairytale about the Princess, the Musician, the Chancellor and a blue rose which forces everyone to tell the truth.

The plot revolves around the rehearsal of the play “Excitement” in which Freindlikh is to play a famous American writer from New York. The actress and director have heated debates about the eccentric character. They discuss the process of creation, its mysterious mechanisms, the birth of a work of art in general. They also talk about the world around Alisa outside the theatre – her family, home, friends, interests and her beloved St. Petersburg. The film is meant to commemorate the great Russian actress’s 85th anniversary.

Alisa Freindlich is remembered by audiences for her unique performances in *“Office Romance,” “The Straw Hat,” “Stalker,”* and many other films. Not only her colleagues on set, but also her family will talk about the life, character, and career of the iconic actress.

A month after the wedding, the newlyweds began to quarrel. And then a kind but unhappy wizard appeared, whose credo is to make others happy.
