She enters and meets him in the hallway, to be accused of having just entered with another man. She denies it. They get a dining room where they enjoy an excellent meal. Alice leaves Redman to phone her mother. Carter leaves Edna to get a cigar.

Gladys, Julia's hoydenish sister with whose photo Uncle Bill has previously fallen in love, is left home alone.

When his wife goes away on vacation, a husband decides to use that time to do a little "playing around" and winds up at a resort hotel with two young girls. Unbeknownst to him, his wife is at the same hotel, planning a little "playing around" of her own.

A biographical two-reel series starring Joseph Kilgour as Washington. The first part, "Washington Under the British Flag" (released June 29), focused on Washington's early life and French and Indian War experiences as a British colonial officer. The second part "Washington Under the American Flag" (released July 3) continued his story through the Revolution and presidency, portraying his journey from surveyor to commander and first president, aiming to educate audiences on America's founding father.

An early film adaptation of the Bard's comic fantasy.

A story of ancient Rome. The scene of this story is laid in Rome in the days of Nero. Rome has recently suffered conflagrations and other disasters, and Nero, hoping to divert the public wrath from his own misconduct, has encouraged the persecution of the growing sect of Christians. Valerius, the hero of the story, is a young Roman officer of a better nature than the people with whom he is thrown in contact. Leah, the heroine, is a beautiful young woman, and one of the leading spirits of a band of Christians.

Released in five parts (The Persecution of the Children of Israel by the Egyptians, Forty Years in the Land of Midian, The Plagues of Egypt and the Deliverance of the Hebrews, The Victory of Israel, The Promised Land), 4 December 1909 to 19 February 1910. A Vitagraph advertisement in the Moving Picture World (31 Dec. 1909) refers to The Life of Moses as a "Biblical Film-de-Luxe". It is preserved in the Library of Congress collection.

Part two of Blackton's "The Life of Napoleon". After Waterloo, Napoleon reminisces. His triumphs are seen in flashback. The film ends with the exiled Napoleon overlooking the beach of St. Helena.
