Jevons Au Man-Kit

Three notorious gangsters who have never crossed paths find themselves in the same restaurant at the same time, and their fates are changed forever.

A typical story of the classic romantic triangle, where one person ends up having to choose between two others. This time, it is set against a backdrop of offices in Hong Kong, with a focus on architecture and its designers.

After his new bride dumps him at their wedding reception, a heartbroken actor winds up in the mountains, where he meets and falls in love with a widowed fan.

Five shorts reveal a fictional Hong Kong in 2025, depicting a dystopian city where residents and activists face crackdowns under iron-fisted rule.

Two high school students from very different backgrounds participate in a musical with mentally disabled children, which eventually leads to the realisation of their dreams and aspirations.

The custom of exchanging gifts at Christmas is no easy ritual for a little girl who resorts to collecting rubbish in order to raise enough money for the occasion. This film offers no earth-shaking scenes, nor heartstring-pulling sentimentality, but a glimpse of the world through the eyes of the little girl, so that we might feel what she feels about the society and humanity, and have empathy with rather than sympathy for her.

Based on a true incident in 2019 when a notorious pro-Beijing Hong Kong politician openly displayed his camaraderie with the triad goons who attacked peaceful protestors. Wong's sophisticated, compact drama goes beyond agitprop and grapples with complexities and tensions in the movement. The same district election featured here is documented in Memories to Choke On, Drinks to Wash Them Down.
