After finding a box of kittens above his unstable parents' apartment, teenager Kuo-Yen finds a terrifying way to cheat his exams.

Kuo-lun's family returns home for the funeral of his grandmother, who was killed in a car accident. Having not spoken with his family in a long time, Kuo-lun comes home as a trans woman.
