Behind the camera
NRWith the sound of a beautiful koto (Japanese zither) and the narration "Kaasan, kaasan, kaasan, I'm marching in the desert", the camera roams the city. Facing the ground, the wall, the road, and eventually the red blood on the snow, the filmmaker continues to call out "Mama, Mama, Mama". This five-minute film, made in just one day, is an attempt to convey the artist's dramatic moment of breath in its rawest form.
