A female teacher spots one of her students being molested by a vagrant. But her rescue attempt fails as the vagrant drags the teacher into an empty classroom and sexually assaults her. The student finds a school employee, a piano tuner, to try and help but all they can offer is some comfort. Later the piano tuner invites the teacher to his house. He wants her to be his obedient loving bride and has built a nice caged apartment in his basement all for her. He subjects her to an endless series of sexual humiliations to persuade her to say yes.

A third rate photographer and his assistant invite a female college student for some photography but she ends up being violated with bondage and nonconsensual sex instead. Later the photographer hears that his former disciple, who has become well known, is going to marry a sexy popular singer. Feeling jealous he devises a plan to lure the singer away to a remote mountain lodge where he will exact revenge on her body.

Secretary Sayo does some corporate snooping for her boyfriend, an upstart executive with a rival company. But she gets busted by the CEO. Poor Sayo is captured and taken to a private torture chamber in the corporate mansion. While the secretary gets punished, the bossman's son becomes infatuated with her beautiful white skin and he assumes the disciplinary responsibilities. Between the floggings, stretchings, and wooden-horse tortures he finds time to cover her body in an elaborate tattoo.

The lovely Terumi Azuma introduces several scenes from selected Roman Porno titles and has a scene of her own. Naomi Tani, Junko Mabuki, and Izumi Shima show you why they are the Nikkatsu queens of SM.

Hairstylist Misa meets S&M enthusiast Ippei and is convinced to give it a try. Then later, Ippei's ex-wife, who happens to be one of Misa's beauty shop clients, begins a sexual relationship with her. The lesbian affair is also accentuated by some more S&M.

In pre-war Japan, two members of a large yakuza syndicate instigate a turf war that embroils the highest echelons of Tokyo's underworld.

In Settsu Province, young women related to castle steward Tanaka Shūzen are being killed, each with fang-like bite marks on their chests. The priest Chinen suspects a vengeful plot. The next targets could be Shūzen’s daughter Myō or her fiancé Iori’s sister, Matsue.
