“The Oldest” focuses on the inner life of a girl forced to grow up too fast, longing to escape her stressful home life and just be a kid. It tells the story of addiction's impact on children, and the lonely world it creates. It highlights the gulf of difference between the heaviness of home life with an addict and the freedom of just being a kid. It’s also about a girl’s relationship with nature and how a big Iowa sky can hold you when you have no where else to go.

Phil and Colin Beverly are two inept small-town brothers with big dreams, and a song-and-dance rock group to take them there. When they learn of a 'performance competition' in Austin, Texas called South by Southwest, they set out on a cross-country journey, followed by a camera crew of student filmmakers who document their quest to the top! The top of what, they have no idea.

Toby is a smaller than average dog who dreams of leading Santa's sleigh. After sneaking on to his sleigh one night, he's accidentally left behind and finds himself joining forces with two kids to find his way back to the North Pole.

A self portrait filmed with a modified PXL 2000 Camcorder. The camcorder itself records on to audio cassette tape. The tapes themselves are recycled which means I have recorded over them several causing them to slowly degrade.

Made exclusively for the Hail to the King Tribute Show at Finder Creepers in Des Moines, Iowa. A surreal and non linear adaptation of the short story "Jerusalem's Lot". It was shown for exactly one month from January 22nd, 2011 to February 22nd, 2011.

After the parade, he called Kristian up explaining that he was in make up and had a bird on his shoulder. Kristian's only reply was "I'll get the camera ready". Filmed entire in his home, Kristian made two versions: a single play version and a "locked groove" version which played on a loop at the Resident Artists: Guns Blazin' show on July 9th, 2010 in Des Moines.
