Malcom McDowell, Lou Diamond Phillips and Robert Englund star in three separate stories set in an eerie mental asylum.

Four friends from the rough side of town grow apart when two are consumed by a life of crime, and the other two become FBI agents sent deep undercover - to bring down those childhood friends.

Frank & Beans is about three lives that intertwine in a life-or-death struggle. We begin our story with Frank, a thirty-something slacker, who is completely oblivious as his wife, Nora, gets ready for an office party at a time when she is being considered for a promotion. Despite Frank's lapse in judgment, they arrive at the party. Mr. Beans, a powerful figure and Nora's boss, encounters Frank, and tensions rise. The situation escalates, leading to a confrontation where Frank must make a choice.
