Pedro Lima

The story evolves around four women. The two lead characters, Vera and Gilda, middle-class women, are poor but ambitious. They face the bourgeois characters, Helena and Diva.

Lucy is a woman from Rio's upper middle class who, after seeing her husband leave home to live with his lover, starts a relationship with another man, even though she is still officially a married woman.

A jewel thief who goes so far as to steal his own wife's jewels. During his escape, he goes through a series of adventures and incidents, leading to the exhibition of landscapes of São Paulo, Alto de Santana and Rio de Janeiro.
