With rip-roaring action, humor, romance, sound effects and dubbing lines, we get to follow the fight between these animated figures in human guise - a fight that usually ends with Dr. Mugg laughingly fleeing into the nearest toilet. Also, we meet all the other characters again.

Apart from the Rumplund family, the misunderstood toilet researcher Dr. Mugg lives in the small town of Dasseborg. When the wretched Dr. Mugg is not terrorizing the city, he is forging threads down the sewers riding the speed marvel the Pruttomobile.
