Paul), Thattel Bobby (Saikumar) & Muhammad Hussain Haji (Rizabawa) after Murugan sides with bust businessman Moosa (Rajan P. Dev) in a land deal where Moosa was cheated out of his land by Haji. Swamy & company kill Moosa & play the hotheaded new city police commissioner Jayamohan (Biju Menon) against Murugan.

Ramachandran (Mohanlal) got a job as an English lecturer in T. K. P. Memorial College, only to find that the college is full of drugs and politics, led by young Ranjith Mathews (Ganesh), son of an M.P. (Prathapachandran). Sandeep Subramanyam (Vinu Mohan) arrives there to perform Kalaripayattu. There he meets Ganga and falls in love. But he is a terrorist named Javed Ibrahim in disguise and his mission is to blast a bomb during the Keralotsavam event. The terrorist group aims to destroy the communal harmony and evoke a riot. Whether or not Sandeep aka Javed succeeds in the mission forms the climax of the movie.

Dr. Nandakumar and Anantha Padmanabhan are doctors who lived with Ananthan's mother after the death of their father and Nandu's mother. Nandu married Sirdevi with whom they had a daughter while Ananthan marries Radhika. Once Nadhu was too drunk and he made a mistake with one of his patients. Later Ananthan performs surgery on the old man and saves him. Soon the brothers become enemies.
