A visual journey through Norwegian modernist church architecture. A short documentary film that pays tribute to the Norwegian church and post-war postmodernist architects for its daring reform of the 50-70's innovative church building. Raw concrete and cold clean lines in a functionalist style were in line with society's development, but in stark contrast to what the church had previously represented. The film portrays 25 of these churches from all over the country

Ingun is placed under house arrest in their cabin, by her wife Signe, accused of harming their mutual daughter. To withhold their social cultural status, she must continue life as normal.

In a last attempt to save a sinking relationship, Daniel and Yvonn chooses to move to a new city together. They have both applied for the most prestige art education, but only Yvonn was accepted. Its impossible to find an apartment to rent, so they find an abounded warehouse to build up a simple home and art studio in. Soon Daniels bitterness,loneliness and egoism drags him into a destructive journey with Yvonn in the front seat.

A persona inspired, close to Dogme95 ruled circular narrative. A young couple from the middle class avoids relationship issues and will rather discuss their first world problems in their minimalist architect cabin in Fjord Norway.

Bauta is a short documentary that explores public, monumental buildings in Norway - stone and concrete buildings. By the public they have the desire to be torn down, or are not given particular aesthetic value. But what about when people are out of the buildings and they get to stand for themselves? Bauta provides a new experience of space and architecture.

The story stems from a whistleblower case and the protagonist Sierra's examination of her own behavior towards the people in her daily life. The film follows her encounters, which reveal a person in crisis. The deeper, more honest, and more complex her encounters become, the more she fulfills the characteristics she is accused of. At the same time, the story also follows her pregnancy, and the closer she gets to giving birth, the closer she gets to a new understanding, which serves as a contrast to the crisis she is experiencing at work.

Mind of Modernism brings you on a meditative and smooth journey through Norwegian architecture. In this film, Paul Tunge and photographer Egil Håskjold Larsen venture out into the public and into rooms, to explore modernist buildings in Norwegian society. This audiovisual journey is composed of three short films: Ad Astra, Bauta and Platform. In Ad Astra you will see brutalist church architecture, which is in stark contrast to the traditional church we all know. In Bauta you will soar around Oslo and observe concrete public buildings, while in Platform you will enter modern villas. Sound and image exist in a calm (but also chilling) symbiosis in this portrait of modernistic buildings.
