In mid-July, Mike, Bill, Eric and I played a set of songs at a friend’s 40th birthday party in Cancun. Now as you know, we don’t normally do party gigs but… for one night only, we played some stuff we’ve never done before. Continuing their pattern of making a studio album, followed by a live album, "Third Stage: Live In London" is the 3rd live album by the prog-supergroup Flying Colors. It was recorded in December 2019 in London on a short and highly anticipated tour, directly after the release of their studio album "Third Degree". Teaming the talents of such heavyweights as guitarist Steve Morse (Deep Purple, Dixie Dregs), drummer Mike Portnoy (Transatlantic, Winery Dogs, ex-Dream Theater), keyboardist/singer Neal Morse (solo artist, Transatlantic, ex-Spock’s Beard), bass wizard Dave LaRue (Dixie Dregs, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai), with new pop singer/songwriter Casey McPherson, the band quickly established itself as one of rock’s most melodic enigmas.

The first “Metal Meltdown” concert series event kicked off at The Joint at the world famous Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas on May 30, 2015. Legendary, multi-Platinum selling rockers Twisted Sister performed an explosive 90-minute concert of their biggest hits spanning their 40-year career. The show was dedicated to the honor of Twisted Sister’s iconic drummer, A.J. Pero, whose tragic, sudden death just two months prior to the filming of this event shocked the music world. The band announced that not only were all the remaining concerts being performed in 2015 dedicated to the memory of A.J. Pero, but that 2016 would mark the 40th and final year of the band’s legendary live performances. They recruited renowned drummer and friend of A.J. Pero, Mike Portnoy (The Winery Dogs, Dream Theater, Avenged Sevenfold) to take the reins, and his very first Twisted Sister appearance was captured by the “Metal Meltdown” camera crew.

"Unleashed in Japan" is the first live album of the Hardrock veterans around Mike Portnoy, Billy Sheehan and Richi Kotzen. On "Unleashed in Japan" you can find four tracks, which can't be found on the debut, plus six songs of the debut, live recorded in Japan.

With 2DVDs and 3CDs, Testimony 2 - Live in Los Angeles is Neal's most opulent live release as a solo musician. Both the DVDs and CDs capture the concert at the Whittier Community Center from May 28, 2011. The tour itself was Neal's biggest tour ever to date and, for the US gigs only, features the reunion of most of the musicians from the original Testimony band: Neal's 2011 album Testimony 2 - the sequel to Testimony (2003) - could thus be performed live in full length by some of Neal's longtime friends Mike Portnoy, Eric Brenton, Rick Altizer and Mark Leniger. Mike Portnoy's wish to "finally" perform some of the greatest longtracks of Neal's solo catalog on a stage could be fulfilled. Wonderful renditions of "The Separated Man" and "Seeds of Gold" are surely a highlight on this release.

Released as a bonus additional live show on the “L-1VE” DVD release, captured from their performance at ProgPower USA 2016 in Atlanta. The band comments: “Although festival performances and band changeovers can be a logistical nightmare, this one turned out to be a very special show for us on our first extensive US tour. Despite battling with some technical issues, the show went on, so to speak, and here we have handpicked our favorite 4 tracks from that performance. A proverbial cherry on top was getting Mike Portnoy to agree to come on stage and re-enact his cameo appearance on 'Crystallised' with his signature gong!”

The Neal Morse Band, the progressive rock collective comprised by singer/guitarist/keyboardist Neal Morse, drummer Mike Portnoy, bassist Randy George, keyboardist Bill Hubauer and guitarist Eric Gillette, released their critically admired double-disc concept album The Similitude of a Dream, almost two years ago on November 11th, 2016. It was the eighth studio album with the core of Morse, Portnoy and George, and the second as a true collaboration with this current lineup.

Following the release of the bands much-acclaimed fourth studio album 'Affinity', they embarked upon their 10th anniversary tour across Europe & North America. Recorded and filmed on the 13th April 2017, at the legendary Melkweg venue on the Amsterdam stop of that tour, this represents the band's first ever live document with tracks from across the band's discography.

Two of the most acclaimed drummers in history came together for a candid conversation and improvised performance that turned into an incredibly musical, entertaining and educational event.

G3, a guitar supergroup that features top-tier shredders Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and John Petrucci, is a guitar-lover's dream come true. The band's usual high energy is cranked up even higher on this live Tokyo date, and the amount of heavy riffing and blistering leads throughout the set is mightily ferocious. Petrucci, who rose to prominence in the progressive metal band Dream Theater, distinguishes himself here, and proves that his six-string skills are on par with revered axe-slinging of Vai and Satriani. In addition to some extended jams, there are covers of classic, guitar-defining rock songs (Deep Purple's "Smoke On the Water" and Jimi Hendrix's "Foxey Lady," among them) that add a dash of fun to the jaw-dropping pyrotechnics on offer.

"Building the Brige" is a two hour documentary that takes you through every part of the making of the classic prog album "Bridge Across Forever." From the writing process at Neal's house to Mike's amazing drum cam footage, to Roine's amazing guitar work and Trewas' spot on bass playing, see & hear the music making process. "Live in America" was recorded in Philadelphia in June of 2000. This 2 hour concert captures the emotion that is Atlantic. With bonus footage the package clocks in at approximately 4 hours.

Score: 20th Anniversary World Tour Live with the Octavarium Orchestra is a live album, recorded on April 1, 2006 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. This is the final concert of their 20th Anniversary Tour, labeled "A Very Special Evening with Dream Theater". The entire second half of the concert features a complete symphonic orchestra, dubbed "The Octavarium Orchestra", conducted by Jamshied Sharifi.

Morse's "Testimony," the musical sequel to Spock's Beard's epic concept album "Snow," was brought to the state in November 2003, With seven other musicians, Morse performed his "Testimony" live in various cities over Europe. The show in Tilburg, Germany was filmed and recorded for this DVD release. Fans will enjoy an entire 3 1/2 hour concert plus a tour documentary on two DVD's. Christian prog rocker and former Spock's Beard member Neal Morse follows up his old band's epic concept album SNOW with a musical sequel of his own, TESTIMONY. This 2-volume set captures Morse's live performance of TESTIMONY in its entirety at a concert in Tilburg, Germany, as well as a behind-the-scenes tour documentary of his month-long stint of Europe in November of 2003. The entire legendary Beatles tribute show featuring Mike Portnoy, Neal Morse, Paul Gilbert and Matt Bissonette as filmed at BB King's in New York City on May 18th 2003.

Released in 2003, it documents the November 12, 2001 show by the band at the 013 Club, Tilburg, Netherlands. The show was part of the tour to support the band's second studio album, Bridge Across Forever. In keeping with the tradition of covering a classic progressive rock epic on each release, Live In Europe features the band running through The Beatles' Abbey Road medley as part of the intentionally Beatle-esque "Suite Charlotte Pike." Rather than being a straight cover version, each section of "Suite Charlotte Pike" is juxtaposed with a section of the Abbey Road medley.

Images and Words: Live in Tokyo is the first home video release from American progressive metal band Dream Theater. It contains most of the band's performance from their August 26, 1993 show at Nakano Sun Plaza in Tokyo, Japan. Also included are the music videos for the songs "Pull Me Under", "Take the Time", and "Another Day", from their 1992 album Images and Words, as well as interview footage and candid, behind-the-scenes footage.
