Pete Whittaker is renowned for his world class crack climbing and roped solo ascents. He take a new direction with a free solo ascent of the imposing Kjerag(1,082m) big wall in Norway. Pete has turned his attention to his native big walls to test not only his own climbing skills, but also align the difficulties of wet and dirty rock that often come with the inclement conditions.​

As a life long climber, Jesse flies in the face of adversity training for world cup events and leading traditional rock climbs with his sight guide and fiancee Molly Thompson. As his sight degenerates, his climbing continues to make remarkable progress. Despite his devastating condition, Jesse attempts to be the first blind person to make a ‘non-sight’ lead of the iconic Old Man of Hoy sea stack in Scotland.

After their success climbing the world’s hardest offwidth, the Wide Boyz, Pete Whittaker and Tom Randall, embark on their next crack climbing mission. This time their sights are set on the thinner end of the crack climbing spectrum. Their goal is the mighty Cobra Crack in Squamish BC, considered to be the hardest finger crack in the world. First climbed by Canadian ‘rock star’ Sonnie Trotter after battling it out with Didier Berthod, the route hit the media spotlight in the film First Ascent. With no local hard cracks to train on, the Wide Boyz refit their underground training dungeon and commit to a year of torturous finger training. With only a short trip to Canada planned, the Boyz face their biggest challenge yet against the sharp granite bite of the mighty Cobra Crack!
