Timothy Todd "Tim" McCord (born June 28, 1979 in Sacramento, California) is the current bassist of the American rock band Evanescence. He replaced bassist Will Boyd who left the band in mid-2006. Previously, McCord was best known for playing guitar for the band The Revolution Smile from 2000 to 2004. McCord is also a member of the Japanese music label, Brave Wave Productions. Filmed in the fall of 2017 at the Grand Theater in Connecticut, this concert film features a re-imagining of some of Evanescence's best-loved songs with the spotlight on Amy Lee's virtuoso piano and voice supported by the combination of full orchestra, electronics and the band. The new arrangements give a focus to the emotions and stories in the band's songs.
