A 1920 Eddie Barry comedy. Eddie and Earle get a job at a seaside carnival tent and fool some people by dressing as Fatima the belly dancer.

Ann is one tough cowgirl. After she beats up Hank, her parents send her East to college, hoping she'll come back a lady.

A husband is addicted to the habit of going duck-hunting occasionally. Wifey suspects that his object is chasing chickens - those that walk with two feet - and so starts in pursuit. When hubby's pals get a ducking in the water, they are forced to go to a neighboring farmhouse where the farmer's daughters dress them up in feminine clothing until their own is dried. And the young bride frowns and pouts and stirs up some trouble before she finds out that the girls have a distinct place in the plot.

Mary Manning lives in the Wisconsin woods with her stern old grandfather, an uncle, and her mother who, for eighteen years has daily looked for the return of her husband. Into the drab life comes Tom Gale, who gives the girl her first taste of pleasure.

The sanitarium run by Lallah Hart is in need of repairs and her nephew (Earle Rodney) is broke and after a loan. In her absence (off with her beau) he rents the place out to a group of (presumably) chorus girls (doubling inevitably as bathing beauties) while having to deal with the arrival of his own fiancée (Myrtle Lind) and her parents (the formidable Blanche Payson and Baldy Belmont) who between them provide most of what few laughs there are and a sheriff (Fritz Schade) with a debt to collect.

Mary and her steady, Jack, have differing opinions on "the stage"-- Mary wishes to devote her life to the craft, while Jack strives to settle down and leave all that play-acting behind. When a traveling troupe that performs a Fall-of-Roman epic is ordered to strike, both Mary and Jack are called upon to participate in their stead.

In many ways, this reminds me of another Bobby Vernon film, RENO OR BUST. That's because both films star Bobby and consist of him trying to rescue his lady from being forced to marry a man she doesn't love. However, in this case she's being forced to marry the king of a fictional country and the king, unbeknownst to his subjects, is already married.

A burlesque of the old standard dramatic plot in which daughter, returning from the big city with unexpected wealth, arrives just in the nick of time to defeat the cruel, cruel landlord, save the old homestead from a tragic foreclosure, and keep the aged folks from being driven out into the blinding snowstorm.

Dorothy Devore rejects her suiter, a boring bank clerk, so he schemes and frames a bank robbery to excite her. He even brings her along.

A wealthy father tries to discourage his daughter's taste for stories of the Mounted; her imagination conjures up the ideal lover as one who wears that red coat and whose slogan is "get your man." She arrives at her father's camp in the frozen North the victim of a frameup: her father had planned that his employees must discourage her in every manner possible. The idea is if she sees him she will be disillusioned. A few hunters spying the "wolves" shoot with intent to kill, and a real bear enters the hut and scatters the plotters. The scheme works well, even with all these inconveniences, until a genuine Mountie appears on the scene and administers punishment to the arch-villain and his dwarf-like henchman. As a result the girl's romantic imagination vindicates her beau ideal. The two lovers are last seen standing chest-deep in the snow.

Walter MacIntosh and Abe Salisbury are filmmakers in the process of viewing their swashbuckling romance epic, 'The Loves of LaVorees', starring silent screen idol, Romaine Salisbury, hotly contested within Hollywood and part of an expensive silent film production, only for Bovine Productions to switch to sound production and reveal to them for the first time, Romaine's real all-talking, all-singing voice.

A bride and groom are all set to get married, but they can't until the best man shows up. When the best man eventually does show up, he causes a few problems since he ran through some tar just before entering the church. The groom doesn't seem to mind too much, just as long as the best man brought the ring, which he did. But as the wedding proceeds, that sticky tar just can't help but get the best man into one disastrous incident after another, including with the ring. That havoc, which leads into the reception, the wedding night and the honeymoon send off, may end the marriage even before it begins... or at least the couple's friendship with their best man.

Work on the film starts, and at the preview screening is shown to be disasterous. Ethel then goes away with Arthur, while Gordon runs on a rotating movie set.

Mrs. Townes has been refused a new car by her husband for 3 years while he's driving in cabs all over town. But when Jack Townes is exposed in a newsreel pursuing a girl on the beach, Mrs. Townes has now means to negotiate.

Friends Billy Trotter and Homer Brown are both traveling salesmen who meet up at a hotel on their travels. Since they last saw each other, Billy has gotten married. Homer is lamenting still being single and thinks that he will never find a woman who will want to be Mrs. Brown. Billy gets one of his old girlfriends, Peggy, a telephone operator, reluctantly to set Homer up with one of her friends. She chooses Jennie, a homebody of a woman who generally spends her evenings playing checkers with her father. Billy and Peggy accompany Homer and Jennie on their date, acting as their chaperons. Billy is able to maneuver Homer and Jennie into getting married that evening. Back at the hotel, a combination of changed hotel rooms, Jennie's angry father, Billy's jealous wife, and a confused hotel detective leads to misunderstandings and complications for all concerned.

Bobby, the doughboy, has left his sweetheart behind in Paris. He returns for her and has the greatest difficulty locating her. In his hunt he runs into the tough White Rat Cafe, where the Darling of Paris becomes enamored of him, thereby arousing the jealousy of her lover, who threatens Bobby with dire consequences. Bobby escapes, runs into his sweetheart, and in the chase, the villain at his heels is captured by the police as a badly wanted criminal.
