The banker gives Gus a ten-dollar bill, and Gus is so filled with gratitude that he sticks closer to the embezzler than glue, no matter where the robber goes. This eventually causes the apprehension of the worn-out robber. A policeman gives Gus a reward and Gus then turns his grateful attention to him.

Roland is about to leave to college, until he misses a train, so he ran all the way to college. Than he signs up to the race, where his opponent is Rattfink smoking a cigar. While Roland is running, Rattfink played tricks on him, but didn't work. Roland won the race.

When a little Martian boy playing hooky crashes his "borrowed" saucer into the house, Casper shows him around, but the Martians are convinced that the saucer was stolen by humans and declare war on the Earth.

A ghost is hired by a real-estate agent on the behalf of a Scots-client to haunt the tight-wad's mansion while he is away so he won't have to pay for a caretaker. A weary hobo, who doesn't believe in ghost, tries to move in the invitingly-empty domicile...and rues the day.
