The quest of the bourgeois Jourdain for the nobility status in the France of king Louis XIV

Sonya Yoncheva plays Dido, the queen in love betrayed by fate, while Halidou Nombre gives voice to the passions of Aeneas, torn between his love and the call of Rome, who is caught up in an intrigue hatched by dark forces.

In Antique Rome, in 80 AC, the magnanimous Emperor Titus is in love with Berenice, but Vitellia, consumed by ambition, wants to marry him to secure a place of power. Taking advantage of the fact that Sextus, the best friend of Titus, is in love with her, she convinces him to assassinate Titus. The conspiracy is unmasked and Titus benevolently responds to this affront with clemency, forgiving them both.
