Released in 1989 and recorded at the NEC Arena, Birmingham on 15 November 1988, is the second concert video released by British synthpop duo Erasure. It was recorded in the latter stages of the band's tour of their third studio album "The Innocents". Unlike the studio album, the definite article ("The") is omitted from the video title. Originally only available on VHS, the video features 14 songs recorded at the concert, including performances of tracks from "Wonderland", "The Circus" and the "Crackers International" EP. Only 4 of the included tracks are songs from "The Innocents". The concert was shot at the Birmingham NEC, parts of which were first broadcast 12 December 1988[1] as part of a special BBC television documentary.

Erasure--Hits: The Videos plays in Dolby stereo, with some of the later videos being 16:9 format. Disc 2 includes exclusive performance footage, rare videos and tracks performed live on all of Erasure's major tours. Six lengthy promotional documentaries from 2001 to 2003 are included, which feature interviews with the pair. Hidden bonus footage has also been crammed on to the disc. The only downside is the clumsy menus, which are difficult to navigate and are not all that pleasing to the eye. --John Galilee

Featuring clips from various BBC programmes, including Multi-Coloured Swap Shop, Synth Britannia, The OZone, Def II and The Whistle Test. From their first appearance on Top of the Pops in 1981 and the tales of how they got there, to performing on Later... with Jools Holland in 2009, the programme shares archive testimony and recent interviews from core members Dave Gahan, Vince Clarke, Martin Gore and Andy Fletcher. New Life, Just Can't Get Enough, Blasphemous Rumours and Personal Jesus are among some of the classic tracks performed.

Erasure performs an all acoustic show live at the historic Ryman Auditorium. The show features never before seen footage of their electronic hits realized as acoustic songs with the flavor of bluegrass and country (artfully arranged by Steve Walsh).
