Shūichirō Kiriyama works at the Limitation Task Force, the place where the cases which have reached the statute of limitations are destroyed. Getting bored of his job, he decides to find a hobby, because it seems important to him to have a hobby. So he decides to puzzle out the unsolved cases on his free time, helped by his coworker Mikazuki, who seems to have a crush on him.

Kasumi Arimura suddenly gets a break from filming and returns to her hometown for the first time in a long while. Her mother, Yumiko, comes to the train station to pick her up and they head for the family home.

Fourth chapter in the "S-Friends" series. After a shocking incident, Shoko breaks up with Kazuki and begins having one-night stands with various men. Meanwhile, she gradually becomes attracted to her colleague, Hasegawa Sakutarō. Meanwhile, Kazuki, who lives on a remote island in the countryside, meets Kazebuki Mei, a writer who wanders from place to place like a rootless wanderer, and begins to ponder the concepts of love and life. Directed by Nobuhiro Yamashita of "The Drudgery Train," this mockumentary captures the lives of students making a film. The students lose the data for their graduation film. While helping a woman who has come from the Philippines searching for her mother, they decide to document her journey, but the filming takes an unexpected turn.

Tokyo Drifter acts as an ode to Tokyo, with a very simple premise: a musician (Kenta Maeno) wanders around various darkened areas of the city on a rainy night in May with his guitar, singing songs about life, love, and Tokyo itself. Matsue and Maeno together take the city in all its gritty glory and attempt to shine a light on the darkness.
