The story of ex-banger racer Jack Elger who has to honor his brothers gambling debt by picking up a rare diamond necklace from an Arab prince off the coast of Cornwall and bring it back to London before he his killed. The trick is to stay alive as they race through the streets of London's Westend dodging bullets in the process.

A man whose brain becomes magnetized unintentionally destroys every tape in his friend's video store. In order to satisfy the store's most loyal renter, an aging woman with signs of dementia, the two men set out to remake the lost films.

The film is a day in the life of a young artist, Jean-Michel Basquiat, who needs to raise money to reclaim the apartment from which he has been evicted. He wanders the downtown streets carrying a painting he hopes to sell, encountering friends, whose lives (and performances) we peek into.

A princess in the Amazon rain forests tries to fight a conglomerate threatening the forests by going to Los Angeles. There she links up with a rich kid who tells her that she must get on television to succeed with her mission. Quick as a wink, the two come up with the idea of winning a lambada dance contest.

Alma is a career woman hunted by her mother-in-law who wants to kill her. Marylin is a former prisoner who wants revenge on her ex-boyfriend. He is sent as a "gift" to Alma for her birthday. She falls in love with him and ends up being pursued by Marylin. The man is killed, and Alma "buys" another.

Dumped by his fiancée, Clifford Godfrey goes on vacation anyway where he ends up torn between a sober party girl and his travel agent.
