In an attempt to help his friend Marcos with his impotence, Jaime sets up him up with another friend Josita. But the sex date fails, and so he comes in to help. What first appears to be just another sexual experience for all three evolves to a full romantic relationship.

María, Juanita, Vicky, Mena and Nitzia (Zay Nuba) are 5 girls who live on the outskirts of Madrid without an encouraging future. Their only recourse to survive is by doing muggings. They know it's wrong but can't find another solution. Only love will ease their pain

Lola, Kike and Santi are three bored friends stuck in some archetypal Spanish backwater with nothing to do but form dodgy rock bands, play in fairgrounds, or hang around deserted railway depots. In the latter they find a gun, which Lola takes care of, not trusting the macho posturing of her friends. Both are in love with her, and she seems to respond warmly to each. In a cafe, as they await her decision, she responds angrily to a drunk.

They were years of solidarity, of rebellion to forge a new identity and to dream that, from the neighborhood, the world could be changed.
