In a drought-ravaged town, Judith has the mysterious gift of finding water underground. One day, a strange force draws her to an old well, where she senses a presence, pushing her into a social struggle to uncover the truth.

Fabiola returns to her homeland, province of Los Andes, to recover the affection of her family, after seven years of being away.

In his studio, a painter starts a painting. Outside, his son improvises some graffiti on the walls of the house. Both of them wish to pay tribute to their family cat, which disappeared following a nocturnal fight with another cat. The latter, a black cat, lost an eye, and its owner, a writer and bookseller, comes to bring its news. The former, a white cat, never came home...
