Charly García

A documentary film that observes, listens to, and interacts with Fito Páez from a place of profound intimacy. The camera, almost invisible, witnesses his every move, accompanying him for over a year during recordings, rehearsals, tours, and performances in major cities across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. It is also a journey through the life of one of the greatest Spanish-language artists: his loves and heartbreaks, children and friendships, excesses, tragedies, failures, and successes.

Abel Pintos explores the legacy and great influence of Mercedes Sosa, the woman who revolutionized Argentine folklore. Thus, through interviews with musicians and intellectuals who supported her at the beginning of her career, with her grandchildren who knew her most intimate side, and with artists such as Fito Páez and Charly García, Abel reconstructs and honors the Mercedes figure.

Aided by archival footage and interviews with its key figures, this documentary delves into the history of Argentine rock music from its origins up to the mid-1990s.

Parallel Lines is a conceptual work composed and directed by Charly García, based on discovering what are formed when the two paralell lines come together.

"El Concierto Subacuático" is the sixth music DVD released by Argentine rock musician Charly García. The DVD contains footage from the artist's concert at the José Amalfitani Stadium on Friday, October 23, 2009 (a concert that was considered by many to be García's "return" to the Argentine stage after a long rehabilitation from drug addiction). The title refers to a phrase that the musician himself said during the concert "This is the first underwater concert in the world" because the show took place during torrential rain.

It portrays the meeting between a young filmmaker and Charly García on a summer night in 1994 at the studio of Fitz Roy and Córdoba, where the musician performed extensive night rehearsals without interruption, wrote the lyrics at the time, practiced them for hours and recorded them on tape with the analog equipment of the time. This film brings together chamber confessions, details of the composition and sacred respect among talented musicians, as well as acrobatic exercises in the pool. Between October and December of 2011, while Charly Garcia was celebrating his birthday 60, he performed three concerts; The Vanguard is thus (La Vanguardia es así), Behind walls (Detrás de las Paredes), and El Vigia ange (El Angel Vigia) . In a city of the too near future, a city designated for desolation, aggression, and political instability, Miguel Galvan (Hugo Soto) is shot accidentally during a demonstration.
