The edition of Screen Snapshots celebrates 25 years of production. It looks at the content of edition #1, then a tribute to movie people who have died in those 25 years. Finally there are tributes to the Screen Snapshots series by Cecil De Mille, Walt Disney, Louella Parsons and Rosalind Russell.

In an attempt to try and tame young city girl Charlotte Rowland, Bill Coryell, a young rancher, plans a fake kidnapping party from which he is to rescue her. However, a bully interferes and incites her against Bill, but Charlotte discovers the ruse in time to save herself and Coryell.

In 1853, young Southerner Don Buckner goes west in search of gold to recoup his dwindling fortune, spent mostly on his new bride, Elizabeth. During the years of his absence he fails to communicate with his wife or his mother Margarite, even when he strikes gold, because he hopes to make this good fortune a surprise.

Six years later, MacDonald learns that his daughter is dancing at the same cafe, and through her a reconciliation is effected between husband and wife.

John comes forward to be arrested, obviously moved by Shelby's sermon. Meanwhile, Sam Hervey betrays John's sister, Susie. Fearing her father's wrath, Hervey seeks out James Trammel, shoots him, and blames the crime on Shelby. Shelby clears himself by capturing Hervey, John is acquitted, and Susie ends her own life by drowning.

John living a Bohemian life in Paris when his twin brother James, a British financier, appears and implores John to assume his identity so that he can secretly cross the Atlantic for a business deal. The film stars Dustin Farnum, Fred Montague, James Neill, Jode Mullally, Winifred Kingston and Dick La Reno. It is based on the play Cameo Kirby by Booth Tarkington and Harry Leon Wilson. The film was released on December 24, 1914, by Paramount Pictures.
