The Grand Royale is a new high-tech passenger train with a computerized engine. On its maiden voyage, it suffers a severe technical failure, killing the controller and gradually increasing its already high speed, at the rate of 2 more miles per minute. With heavily populated areas ahead and the risk of a deadly derailment, every minute counts and once again, it's up to Lucky singer to save the 200 passengers on board.

An Egyptian sarcophagus that is cargo on a pleasure cruise ship has a secret - it contains the son of Satan, and its effects start to make the ship's passengers behave strangely.

A mother relentlessly tries to spearhead a movement for national anti-drunk driver legislation after her own daughter becomes the victim of a hit-and-run by a drunk driver.

A gang of armed criminals bursts into the home of a woman, taking her and the daughters of three of her friends hostage.

Marcus Welby is back, and he has a few problems. First he is trying to bridge the gap between an old friend of his who gave up practicing medicine in favor of being the hospital administrator, and his son who is now a doctor and who is currently treating and romancing a woman who has kidney problems. And one of his patients an expectant mother is in an accident along with her husband and her husband dies. She blames Mark and is refusing to bond with her new baby. And the hospital that he has been serving faithfully for years is considering letting some of their elderly staff members go and Mark is on top of the list.

In this thinly-veiled, though uncredited, new version of Hemingway's "To Have and Have Not," here a prospective series pilot, an ex-sailor living in Key West, chartering out boats and struggling to forget his past, is lured into a dangerous rendezvous with Cuban gunrunners.
