Ann Whitney is an award-winning American stage, film, and television actress based primarily in Chicago. She is perhaps most famously recognized by global audiences for her memorable cameo role in the 1990 blockbuster holiday comedy Home Alone, where she played the drugstore checkout clerk who questions a panicked Kevin McCallister about whether his toothbrush is approved by the American Dental Association (ADA).
