An escaped convicted murderer invades the cottage of a man, his wife and the wife's sister, whereupon he proceeds to torment this already dysfunctional trio with rape and violence.

The motel has a special room designed for sexual activities. It also has a habit of photographing sex act engines and extorting the parties concerned. One day a mysterious killer with black gloves up and the situation is changing.

A psychiatrist named Tony sees two identical twin sisters, Norma and Mary. Norma and Mary are apparently very different from each other, to the point of conflict.
