A hypochondriac vacations in the tropics for the fresh air - and finds himself in the middle of a revolution instead.

A shipowner intends to scuttle his ship on its last voyage to get the insurance money. So Papi, Chloe and the puppies embark on a heroic adventure, proving once again that big heroes come in small packages.
