The crew has found life on the planet Uranus. The inhabitants are discovered to be assholes: a bean-eating, bad smelling, sex hungry form of female humanoids. As representatives of the human race, the earthlings set off to exploit Uranus and its habitats.

Captain James Quirk and the crew of the Starship Plunderer search an uncharted star system for their missing First Officer, Mr. Sperm, who was abducted by a race of 7000 sex-starved space babes wanting to worship the mightiest penis in the universe.

When we last saw Seeman Bob, the landing-party crewman in the red shirt (at the conclusion of "Sex Trek: the Next Penetration"), Dr. McJoy said, "He's dead, Jim," and Bob was buried in the futile and smelly soil of the planet Uranus. But Bob wasn't dead, and now, as a result of all that fertilizer, he has mutated into a super-sexual being and a really angry dude, bent on revenge against "Boner" McJoy, Captain Quirk, Mister Sperm, and the crew of the Starship Intercourse.

The sexship Intercourse is invaded by the shape-shifting Qute, of the Cute Continuem, who has taken the form of a knock-out Earth female Anna Malle, and ignites the crew's repressed sexual fantasies.

A mysterious energy cloud penetrates the Starship Intercourse and causes the entire crew to drop their uniforms and give in to their sexual urges.

The Starship Intercourse is dispatched to Deep Space Station 69 to retrieve Charly Walker, the lone survivor of a spaceship crash, marooned on a desolate planet for 20 years. Charly turns out not to be a grizzled old spaceman, but a "hot babe". But that's not the only surprise in store for Captain Quirk and crew. Charly possesses an insatiable libido and the ability to transmit her consciousness to others, effectively wresting control of their bodies from the owners. She bends one crewman after another to her will and whim, even taking a turn as Captain Quirk.
